“Knowledge, skills and attitude are the three main things that need to be instilled to build superior human resources,” this was conveyed by the Rector of Untar Prof. Dr. Ir. Agustinus Purna Irawan, M.T., M.M., IPU, ASEAN Eng. when attending a briefing for members of Professionals and Catholic Businessmen (Pukat) at Wisma Samadi Shalom, Cipanas, Sunday (13/8).

In the discussion on how to manage human resources to support organizational excellence and to produce the expected performance in accordance with the vision of the organization, the Rector emphasized that the ability of human resources to change quickly following the development of technological progress and civilization, while maintaining conscience and concern for others and the environment, is important in fostering and developing human resources.

He also conveyed various matters related to the educational process in higher education and how the involvement of all stakeholders in efforts to produce superior human resources who are ready to become professionals and entrepreneurs.

“The presence of superior human resources, especially human resources in Pukat, is expected to be ready to be sent and their presence anywhere must be able to provide solutions, joy, happiness for others. A superior person is always grateful for the opportunities they have, carry out tasks with heart, be responsible, humble, continue to develop themselves and have the willingness to share,” said the Rector of Untar to the members of Pukat.
