Rector Prof. Dr. Ir. Agustinus Purna Irawan, M.T., M.M., I.P.U., ASEAN Eng. visited Kompas.com media office, Jakarta, Friday (23/6). The visit was conducted with Untar Public Relations in order to broaden collaboration with media.

In the discussion, Untar Head of Public Relations Dra. Paula T. Anggarina, M.M. stated that Untar wants to strengthen and broaden collaboration with Kompas.com in various fields.

Untar has been working together with Kompas in various activities, including writing training for lecturers and students, Untar for Indonesia column on Kompas.com website, and others.

On another part, Rector stated that Untar needs partners to convey Untar’s contribution for Indonesia and the world in the fields of education, culture, and others.

He added, Untar is ready to collaborate by sharing education for the society, particularly in the fields of psychology and health, which are currently trending.

Kompas.com Managing Editor Amir Sodikin said the company is open and ready to collaborate with Untar in various segments.

According to him, Kompas.com has various segments that can be used by Untar to educate the society.

In the visit, Rector was accompanied by Head of Public Relations Dra. Paula T. Anggarina, M.M., Head of Student and Alumni Affairs Institute Dr. Adianto, M.Sc., Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Dr. dr. Noer Saelan Tadjudin, Sp.KJ., and Head of Medical Profession Study Program Dr. dr. Shirly Gunawan, sp.FK.

In the visit, Rector and Untar delegates had the opportunity to review Kompas.com editorial floor and Kompas TV studio which are located at Kompas Gramedia Building, Palmerah, Jakarta. (AW/AW)
