Special Advisor to the Provost for Global Northeastern University Professor Andrew Ginger visited Untar. This visit was a series of visitations as the guest of the Ministry of Education, Research, and Technology on 7-12 November 2022.

One of Andrew’s agenda in Jakarta was to visit Untar and meet Prof. Dr. Ir. Agustinus Purna Irawan, M.T., M.M., I.P.U., ASEAN Eng. and the ranks, Friday (11/11).

Untar was the chosen campus to represent private universities of Indonesia, and it was expected to utilize this occasion to build relationship with the American university.

Andrew Ginger said that Untar was one of the best private universities to collaborate with. His visit was expected to be the start of a significant relationship in order to positively collaborate.

Rector of Untar stated his appreciation for the visit and hoped that this could be an initial step to ideas and information collaboration between both campuses.

The event then continued with discussion relating to entrepreneurship and research, and visit as well as introduction to facilities at Untar such as laboratories and learning facilities.
