Student Exchange Program Explores Psychology with University of The Philippines

The Faculty of Psychology (FPsi) Untar held a student exchange program through International Student Exchange Program (ISEP) along with Psychology Department Adventist University of The Philippines (AUP), Wednesday (2/11) online. This event is an implementation of Independent Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) curriculum.

Dean of the Faculty of Psychology Sri Tiatri, S.Psi., M.Si., Ph.D., Psikolog during the opening said that she expected participants to learn three things, which were acknowledge and understand each own culture, learn more about psychology, and continuous cooperation with AUP.

This one-week event presents speakers from both campuses: Psychology for Exceptional Children by Dr. Rhalf Jayson F. Guanco, Disaster and Mental Health by Dr. Mylene S. Gumarao, Developmental Psychology by Dr. Sheryll Ann M. Castillo, Field Methods in Psychology by Cutie B. Canesares, Work Psychology by Dr. Yanki Hartijasti, Cultural Psychology by Yohanes Budiarto, S.Pd., M.Si., Family Psychology by Pamela Hendra Heng, S.Pd., and Art and Creativity Psychology by Dr. Monty P. Satiadarma, S.Psi., MS/AT, MFCC, DCH, Psikolog.

Through the International Student Exchange Program, students are expected to be able to learn science from different perspective, while also exchange cultural knowledge and learn psychological environment of both countries.
