Delegates from several leading high schools in Greater Jakarta Region attended Untar campus to discuss educational quality and students preparation to enroll in universities. This meeting discussed various topics related to the preparation of new academic year 2022/2023, which will be held post online learning, Tuesday (19/7).
Aside of that, the session discussed students and schools affair, such as MBKM collaboration, students preparation to face higher education, and students preparation and knowledge to choose university programs.
Rector of Untar Prof. Dr. Ir. Agustinus Purna Irawan, M.M., I.P.U., ASEAN Eng. explained the challenges faced by schools and universities in organizing post online learning activities.
“The pandemic created challenges in education, which impacted students and schools today. We need to find a solution and prepare our students to face current and future educational system, especially for students going into universities. One of the things we could do is to collaborate in the implementation of Independent Learning Independent Campus program,” stated Rector.
The event was attended by delegates from several schools, such as SMAK 1 Penabur Jakarta, SMA Tarakanita Gading Serpong, SMA regina Pacis Bogor, dan SMA Mardi Yuana Depok. The meeting was also attended by faculty leaders at Untar. -AS-
