One such example is Surina, S.E., M.M., an alumna of Untar’s Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB). She completed her undergraduate studies in 1997 and returned to Untar to pursue a Master of Management degree in 2022. This continuous academic journey has played an important role in strengthening her professional competencies.

Surina shared that her educational experience at Untar provided a solid foundation for developing a professional mindset, discipline, and integrity in the workplace. According to her, these values remain relevant beyond her years of study and continue to guide her in navigating the challenges of today’s dynamic professional environment.

“For me personally, the learning process at Untar helped shape the way I approach decision-making in a more structured and responsible manner,” said Surina.

Building on this educational background, Surina has established herself as a finance professional and currently serves as a Director at several companies, including Paradi23 Indonesia, a property development company focused on creating visionary projects through efficient and innovative approaches.

In addition, Surina plays a key role in corporate governance through her positions as Chair of the Sustainability Committee and Chair of the Whistleblowing Management Committee (Komite Pengelolaan Pelaporan Pelanggaran – KP3). Her career journey reflects a consistent commitment to professional development, leadership, and the implementation of good corporate governance principles in the workplace. (VC/YS)
