Universitas Tarumanagara (Untar), through its Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), held the 22nd Entrepreneur Week (E-Week) from May 26–29, 2026, at Emporium Pluit Mall, North Jakarta. The event served as part of the entrepreneurship course curriculum, providing students with hands-on experience through business simulations and product exhibitions.

The 22nd Entrepreneur Week carried the theme “Adapt, Survive, and Thrive: An Entrepreneurship Exhibition.” Throughout the event, students operated booths and marketed their products directly to mall visitors, gaining practical experience in entrepreneurship and customer engagement.

In his opening remarks, Untar Rector Prof. Dr. Amad Sudiro, S.H., M.H., M.Kn., M.M. stated that Entrepreneur Week helps foster students’ entrepreneurial spirit while serving as a practice-based learning platform within Untar.

On the same occasion, Dean of Untar’s Faculty of Economics and Business, Dr. Ronnie Resdianto Masman, S.E., M.A., M.M., explained that Entrepreneur Week functions as a business simulation program for students. “We hope this simulation will encourage students to continue developing their businesses in real-life settings, while also providing an enjoyable experience for visitors,” he said.

This year’s event involved collaboration between FEB, the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design (FSRD), the Faculty of Communication (Fikom), and the Faculty of Engineering (FT). The partnership resulted in a variety of products and booth concepts developed by students from different academic disciplines.

Also attending the event were Head of the Undergraduate Business Management Study Program Dr. Frangky Selamat, S.E., M.M., along with university leaders, institute heads, and office directors from across Untar.

A wide range of products was showcased during the exhibition, including food, beverages, clothing, perfumes, accessories, and other creative products developed by students. In addition to product development, students were actively involved in designing promotional strategies and managing their booths.

Entrepreneur Week is part of a semester-long entrepreneurship learning process. Prior to the exhibition, students prepare business plans, develop products under the guidance of lecturers and mentors, and conduct business simulations in a real-market environment. The program concludes with business presentations and evaluation reports.

The 22nd Entrepreneur Week also reflects Untar’s commitment to the values of Integrity, Professionalism, and Entrepreneurship (IPE) through practice-based learning activities.
