Untar, in collaboration with the Higher Education Service Institution (LLDikti) Region III, held a mentoring session on the SISTER Lecturer Application at the Auditorium of Building M, Untar Campus I, on Thursday (19/06/2025). The event aimed to provide technical understanding for lecturers regarding the management of active status, lecturer claims, and the Educator Identification Number (NITK) through the Integrated Resource Information System (SISTER).
The event was attended by lecturers from Untar as well as other universities in Jakarta and surrounding areas. Representing the Rector of Untar, Prof. Dr. Amad Sudiro, S.H., M.H., M.Kn., M.M., the Head of the Office of Quality Assurance and Audit, Desi Arisandi, S.Kom., M.T.I., officially opened the session.

“This activity is a strategic step to enhance the integration and accuracy of lecturer data through the SISTER application. It is hoped that the participating lecturers will gain a better understanding of the features and benefits of this application,” said Desi in her opening remarks.
The Acting Head of LLDikti Region III, Tri Munanto, S.E., M.Ak., was also present along with the LLDikti III Human Resources Team. In his remarks, he emphasized the importance of this mentoring session, especially for young lecturers or those who are just beginning their academic careers.

“Hopefully, this event serves as both a learning platform and an open discussion forum, allowing lecturers to become more familiar with the SISTER application and use it to its full potential,” he stated.
The main session was led by the team from LLDikti Region III, who provided a technical presentation on the use of the SISTER application. An interactive discussion was also held, addressing various challenges related to lecturer data management at each institution.

On this occasion, Muhamad Hasan from LLDikti III emphasized the importance of having dialogue spaces like this, allowing participants to gain direct technical understanding. Meanwhile, Antonius Pantun Andika Manurung, A.M., explained how to independently verify lecturer certification eligibility status through the system.
This activity is part of Untar’s commitment to supporting digital transformation in higher education, particularly in the governance of human resources. The collaboration also reflects the spirit of integration, transparency, and efficiency in line with Untar’s vision of delivering quality education in the digital era.
