Untar signs Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS) in a meeting held at Induk Siti Walidah Building, UMS, Solo, Wednesday (26/7).
Rector states that Untar is ready to collaborate with UMS in entrepreneurship and Higher Education Tridarma activities.
He stated, Untar is able to conduct various entrepreneurship activities with UMS, as a leading university in the respective field.
“One of the excellence we built at Untar is entrepreneurship, therefore, it could be carried out with UMS,” said Rector.
Vice Rector V UMS welcomes Untar’s collaboration invitation. According to him, this collaboration will be able to produce positive outcome, especially entrepreneurship curriculum.
As an implementation, in the near future, Untar and UMS will develop a Short Course Program through student exchange and held the International Conference on Entrepreneurship and Business Management (ICEBM) together.
In the meeting, Rector of Untar Prof. Dr. Ir. Agustinus Purna Irawan, M.T., M.M., I.P.U., A.E. was greeted by Vice Rector II UMS Prof. Dr. Muhammad Da’i, S.Si., M.Si., Apt., and Vice Rector V UMS Prof. Supriyono, S.T., M.T., Ph.D. and other UMS leaders. (VW/YS/AW)
