Untar held a Leadership Meeting (Rapim) attended by heads of institutions, deans, and structural officials within the university on Monday (4/8/2025) at the Auditorium of Untar Campus I. In the meeting, Untar Rector Prof. Dr. Amad Sudiro, M.H., M.Kn., M.M., emphasized the importance of maintaining and enhancing the performance achievements attained up to mid-2025.

“The achievements attained at the university, faculty, and study program levels must be maintained and further improved until the end of the year,” said the Rector in his remarks. He also reminded that there is still time until the end of the year to complete the planned programs.

Furthermore, the Rector directed the structural leaders to continue promoting Untar’s reputation through strategies of internationalization, the development of academic innovations, and the enhancement of collaborations at both national and international levels.

The Leadership Meeting, which was also attended by Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and Cooperation Assoc. Prof. Sri Tiatri, S.Psi., M.Si., Ph.D., Psychologist, included presentations of performance achievements from each head of work unit, reflecting the progress of various programs within Untar. These presentations served as part of a periodic evaluation to ensure the continuity and improvement of the institution’s programs.

After the meeting, the agenda continued with the inauguration of student organization leaders for the 2025–2026 term. The newly inaugurated leaders are expected to serve as active partners in realizing Untar’s vision of becoming an excellent university with global competitiveness. (YS/VC)
