Lamemba Assessment Supports Quality Improvement of the Master of Management Program at Untar

A team of assessors from the Independent Accreditation Agency for Economics, Management, Business, and Accounting (Lamemba) conducted a field assessment of the Master of Management Program, Postgraduate Program at Tarumanagara University (Untar), on Tuesday (May 27, 2025) at Untar Campus I.

The Lamemba assessor team consisted of Prof. Dr. Harif Amali Rival, S.E., M.Si. from Andalas University and Prof. Dr. Ayi Ahadiat, S.E., M.B.A. from the University of Lampung. This activity was part of the re-accreditation process aimed at verifying data and evaluating the suitability of the learning system and the quality of education in the program.

In his opening remarks, the Rector of Untar, Prof. Dr. Amad Sudiro, S.H., M.H., M.Kn., M.M., emphasized the importance of the accreditation process as a means of evaluation and quality improvement in education at Untar, particularly in the Master of Management Program.

“I believe that this accreditation process is a crucial step for both the program and the university, allowing us to continuously evaluate and enhance the quality of education, in this case, for the Master of Management Program at Untar,” he stated.

Prof. Dr. Harif Amali Rival, S.E., M.Si. expressed his appreciation for the warm welcome extended by Untar. He hoped the assessment process would run smoothly and yield the best results for the Master of Management Program.

“We hope this assessment can provide a comprehensive overview of the educational process in the MM Program at Untar and, of course, encourage continuous quality improvement,” he stated.

Also present at the event were the Director of the Postgraduate Program at Untar, Prof. Dr. Ir. Agustinus Purna Irawan, M.T., M.M., I.P.U., ASEAN Eng., and the Head of the Master of Management Program at Untar, Dr. Keni, S.E., M.M. This assessment is expected to strengthen Untar’s commitment to ensuring the quality and relevance of higher education, particularly in the field of management at the master’s level.
