To commemorate the Anniversary of the Tarumanagara Foundation, Tarumanagara University (Untar), in collaboration with the Student Executive Board (BEM Untar), presents TFair: Career Expo 2025, held on May 20–22, 2025, at the M Building Hallway, Untar Campus I. This event represents a synergy to support the career development and potential of students amid the dynamics of the Industry 5.0 era.

Carrying the theme “Discover Boundless Paths, Optimize Career Potentials,” TFair 2025 is designed as a strategic platform for students and recent graduates to explore their potential while preparing for career paths aligned with their interests and skills. “We present TFair as a space for students to better prepare for their future, especially in facing the challenges and opportunities of the era of technology and creative innovation,” said Urip Rahmad Endarto, Head of the Organizing Committee from BEM Untar.

TFair 2025 consists of two main segments: the Pre-Event and the Main Event. The Pre-Event features seminars and inspirational talk shows focusing on career issues, technology, and personal development. Meanwhile, the Main Event presents a Career Expo that offers job and internship opportunities through the participation of various companies and sponsors.

More than just a job fair, TFair is part of the grand celebration of the Tarumanagara Foundation Anniversary. The event also features the Innovation Expo, showcasing the works and innovations of the Untar academic community, as well as the Industry Summit, a strategic forum bringing together industry players, academics, and policymakers to strengthen synergy toward a sustainable future.

Through TFair 2025, Untar reaffirms its commitment to being an outstanding university that is adaptive to industry needs and relevant in addressing global challenges. (VC/AJ)
