In celebration of the Tarumanagara Foundation’s Anniversary, Tarumanagara University (Untar), in collaboration with the Student Executive Board (BEM Untar), hosted T-Fair: Career Expo 2025 from May 20 to 22, 2025, at the Selasar of Building M, Untar Campus I. This event represents a synergy aimed at supporting the career development and potential of students amid the dynamics of the Industry 5.0 era.

With the theme “Discover Boundless Paths, Optimize Career Potentials,” T-Fair 2025 is designed as a strategic platform for students and fresh graduates to explore their potential while preparing career steps that align with their interests and skills. “We present T-Fair as a space for students to prepare for the future more thoroughly, especially in facing the challenges and opportunities in the era of technology and creative innovation,” said Urip Rahmad Endarto, Chair of the Organizing Committee from BEM Untar.

T-Fair 2025 consists of two main segments: the Pre-Event and the Main Event. The Pre-Event features seminars and inspiring talk shows covering career issues, technology, and personal development. Meanwhile, the Main Event presents a Career Expo that provides access to jobs and internships through the participation of various companies and sponsors.

More than just a job fair, T-Fair is part of the larger series of events celebrating the Tarumanagara Foundation’s Anniversary. The event also features an Innovation Expo showcasing the works and innovations of the Untar academic community, as well as an Industry Summit—a strategic forum bringing together industry players, academics, and policymakers to strengthen synergy towards a sustainable future.

Through T-Fair 2025, Untar reaffirms its commitment to becoming a leading university that is adaptive to industry needs and relevant in facing global challenges. (VC/AJ)
