The Tarumanagara Management Student Association (IMMANTA) successfully held its annual Entrepreneur Talkshow and Workshop themed GLACIER: Generate Digital Innovation through Social Media for Trendy Entrepreneurs on March 24–25, 2025, at Tarumanagara University (UNTAR) Campus II.
The event featured three inspirational speakers from various business and digital marketing backgrounds: Andrew Dalimartha (Co-Founder of Seporsi Mie Kari), Mediko Azwar (Chief Marketing Officer of BlueBird Group), and Ci Mehong (Owner of PIK Baking House).
The talk show commenced with an opening speech by the Chairperson of the Organizing Committee, Louise Ernestine, followed by remarks from the President of IMMANTA, Fransiskus Blestio. The event was officially inaugurated by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Tarumanagara University (UNTAR), Prof. Dr. Sawidji Widoatmodjo, S.E., M.M., M.B.A. In his address, Prof. Sawidji emphasized the importance of understanding the digital business landscape and expressed his hope that UNTAR can produce a generation of young entrepreneurs who are competent and impactful for the national economy.
The first session was opened by Andrew Dalimartha, who discussed branding strategies in building the culinary business Seporsi Mie Kari. He also shared his journey to success, from developing a business concept to overcoming market challenges.

In the second session, Mediko Azwar explored the dynamics of modern marketing, which he described as a combination of art and science. He emphasized the importance of data-driven decision-making to develop more accurate and sustainable business strategies.

The session concluded with a talk by Ci Mehong (Tjie Nofia Handayani), owner of PIK Baking House, who discussed the creative process behind her culinary business. She emphasized that honesty, transparency, and ethics are the key factors in building a long-lasting business reputation.
The event was also attended by FEB UNTAR leaders and students, including Dr. Frangky Selamat, S.E., M.M. (Head of the Undergraduate Management Program), Dr. Lydiawati Soelaiman, S.T., M.M. (Secretary of the Management Program), and Louis Utama, S.E., M.M. (Manager of Development, Partnerships, and Student Affairs at FEB). Also present were Gde Pandu Vaikuntha (President of BEM FEB UNTAR), Ovilea Angelika (Chairperson of DPM FEB), Jovan Fernando (President of IMAKTA), along with representatives from other student organizations.
With high enthusiasm from participants, the event served as a platform for collaboration, inspiration, and learning, empowering young generations to enter the world of digital entrepreneurship with creativity and integrity. (VH/AJ/YS/VA)
