Amid the increasingly competitive job market, firsthand experience in a professional environment is crucial for students as they transition from academia to the workforce. To support this, the Tarumanagara Accounting Student Association (IMAKTA) organized the 2025 Office and Company Visit (KKP) to KPMG Indonesia on Monday (March 17, 2025).
In his speech, Aji Paramartha, Head of People at KPMG Indonesia, emphasized that visits like these are more than just observations—they provide students with valuable insights into work culture, industry demands, and real-world challenges in the professional sphere.
The increasingly competitive job market requires students to not only master theoretical knowledge but also develop a deep practical understanding. Therefore, KKP 2025 features a series of sessions designed to equip students with strategic insights, including an introduction to KPMG Indonesia’s work culture, recruitment processes, professional strategy training, and an interactive discussion session with Universitas Tarumanagara (UNTAR) alumni.
With the theme “Unveiling the Future of Work: Prepare for Successful Careers Through Real-World Insights,” Caitlynn Kerenza, Chair of KKP 2025, explained that this event serves as a platform for students to gain in-depth understanding of the professional world directly from industry experts. It is hoped that this experience will help students build better career readiness for the future.
In addition to visiting KPMG Indonesia, KKP 2025 is also scheduled to visit PT. Bright Telecommunication (OPPO Factory) on Wednesday (April 9, 2025) as part of a broader exploration of the professional world. (CS/AJ/YS/VC)
