Jakarta – Tarumanagara University (Untar) held another Career Training titled “Developing a Standout CV & Job Interview Strategies“. The event, organized by the Student and Alumni Affairs Institute (Lemawa) of Untar, aimed to equip students with skills in creating a CV and strategies for facing job interviews.
The Career Training took place on February 25, 2025, at the Auditorium of Building M, 8th floor, Campus I Untar, from 08:00 to 16:00. The event included an opening session, presentations from speakers, CV creation training, and a Q&A session. Participants also had the opportunity for walk-in interviews with PT PFI Mega Life Insurance, which offered career opportunities on the spot.
The event was attended by the Vice Rector of Untar, Sri Tiatri, S.Psi., M.Si., Ph.D., Psychologist; the Head of Lemawa Untar, Tri Sutrisno, S.Si., M.Sc.; and the Chair of the Organizing Committee, Widya Risnawaty, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psychologist. The main speaker was Kiky Dwi Hapsari S., S.Psi., M.Psi., Psychologist, a psychology lecturer at Untar with experience in the field of Human Resource Development (HRD).

In her speech, Sri Tiatri appreciated the participants’ enthusiasm and emphasized the importance of upholding noble values in the professional world. She also encouraged students to continue developing themselves through lifelong learning. Meanwhile, Widya Risnawaty reported that the event was attended by 93 participants and expressed her hope that they would utilize this training as preparation to enter the workforce with greater professionalism and confidence.
Tri Sutrisno emphasized Lemawa Untar’s commitment to organizing academic activities that have a positive impact on students. Through Career Training, Untar continues to play a role in developing students’ competencies so they can compete at both the national and international levels, as well as contribute meaningfully to society and the nation.
