Ir. Davied Insja, M.M., M.T., Director of PT Wellindo Jaya Kiat Guna, received his Doctorate degree after successfully defended his dissertation about “System Dynamics Model for Minimizing Dispersion of Industrial Construction Project Material Cost” on Wednesday, February 1st, 2017 at the Main Auditorium, First Campus of Universitas Tarumanagara (UNTAR).  After he prepared his dissertation in five years, he finally obtained the degree with 3.92 Grade Point Average (GPA).

In this open defense, the husband of Yanthi Thionoto, told that preventive action, by using the System Dynamics simulation model, can mitigate the risk of cost dispersion.  Moreover, he also told that each stakeholder could actively be involved in this applicable model.  Rector of UNTAR, Prof. Dr. Agustinus Purna Irawan and his promoter, Prof. Ir. Sofia W. Alisjahbana, M.Sc., Ph.D. congratulate him and hope he can share his knowledge with other after he got the post-graduate degree.

The open defense trial, which led by Rector of UNTAR, consisted of high-quality examiner board that includes Prof. Ir. Roesdiman Soegiarso, M.Sc., Ph.D. (Head of Civil Engineering Post Graduate Program), Prof. Ir. Sofia W. Alisjahbana, M.Sc., Ph.D. (Promoter), Dr. Ir. Onnyxiforus Gondokusumo M.Eng. (Co-Promoter), Prof. Ir. Chaidir Anwar Makarim, M.S.E., Ph.D., Ir. Dadang M. Ma’soem, M.Sc.E., Ph.D. and Dr. Ir. Hari Gumuruh Soeparto, M.T., M.P.U. (External Examiner).  (RA)
