Faculty of Communication  Tarumanagara University (FIKom Untar) include three papers at the National Conference on Community Service and Corporate Social Responsibility (PKMCSR) 2016 Bung Hatta University, Padang, West Sumatra, on Thursday (27/10). The conference is organized by Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH), Switzerland Germany University (SGU), National Multimedia University (UMN) and the University of Bung Hatta.

Papers were included is the result of community service performed lecturers of FIKom UNTAR in various activities. Titles paper presented at the conference entered its second year is “Improving the Quality of Service through Service Excellence to Improve Customer Satisfaction” by Widayatmoko and Lusia Savitri, “Literacy New Media” (Farid Rusdi and Gregory Genep S) as well as “The benefits of PR in Building Reputation school “(Septia Winduwati and Yugih Setyanto).

The national conference was attended by participants from various universities who presented plans and their achievements in performing community service activities as part of Tridharma college. (YS)
