Faculty of Law Tarumanagara University (FH-UNTAR) had another great opportunity to help the country’s process of development. This time, the opportunity came from the Dean for Faculty of Law Dr. Ahmad Sudiro, S.H., M.H., M.M. He was invited to meet with the President of Indonesian Republic Ir. Joko Widodo, on Tuesday (28/6). This UNTAR Academics came to this invitation as one of the Consultant of Indonesia’s Law Higher Education Association (APPTHI) representative and Chairman of Indonesia’s Law Profession Association (DPN-APHI).

All of the APPTHI and DPN-APHI members warmly accepted by the President who accompanied by Minister of State Secretariat Prof. Dr. Pratikno, Minister of Research, Technology & Higher Education Prof. M. Nasir, Ph.D. and Presidential Special Staff for Communication Johan Budi. The meeting took 45 minutes to discussed various Law aspects in Indonesia such as law reformation, law development package and examination institution. In the Press conference after the discussion, Dr. Ahmad also told the importance of Law Policy Package as the supplement for the Economy Policy Package.
