The Faculty of Arts and Design at Tarumanagara University role as the well-known higher education in Jakarta. This Faculty have the vision to be the Faculty of Arts and Design in excellence entrepreneurial who have the integrity and professionalism in Southeast Asia. The Faculty of Arts and Design continuously enhance the quality in all of the aspects, one of them is the certified quality management system. The Faculty of Arts and Design has got their quality management system certification, ISO 9001:2008 from URS (United Registrar of Systems) on 9th June 2015. URS Certification is an independent certification institution who handle the UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Services) International Accreditation which has been operated in 30 countries in the world. ISO 9001 is an international business standard that consisted of the requirements in documentation, implementation and quality management system certification. With this certification, the Faculty of Arts and Design in Tarumanagara University has given their best service quality guarantee in implementing the management, including the service quality to students and parents.
