Universitas Tarumanagara’s Faculty of Medicine’s Student Executive Board (BEM FK UNTAR) will hold its 2017 Tarumanagara Medical Competition (TMC 2017), which is open for pre-clinic and clinical medical students and other students from other healthcare majors. TMC 2017 is made with the purpose of nourishing student’s knowledge of the most update information in the form of challenging competition.
TMC 2017’s theme of the year is “THE CLIMATE CHANGE: HOW IT AFFECT TROPICAL DISEASES”. It is no secret that in the last few decades there are a lot of surprising changes in the world’s climate. Indonesia is a tropical country with a characteristic pattern of tropical diseases. Through TMC 2017, BEM FK UNTAR wants to study and assess how changes in the climate could affect Indonesia’s tropical diseases.

- Dengue
- Leptospirosis
- Malaria
- ZIka Virus
- Tuberculosis
