The Medical Doctor Profession Study Program is A-accredited and can be completed within 4 semesters with superior management of the elderly.
This program is designed based on the Law of the National Education System, Medical Education, Indonesian Doctor Competency Standards and Indonesian Doctor Professional Education Standards.
Its learning is carried out through the practice of clinical skills (clinical clerkship) at the Education Hospital/Mode of Education, including Internal Medicine, Paediatrics, Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Public Health Sciences, and 10 clerkships for 5 weeks through Ophthalmology, Ear Nose Throat Disease, Dermatology and Venereology, Neurology, Mental Health, Radiology, Anaesthesia, Forensic Medicine, Nutrition, and Geriatrics.
Using learning methods in the form of bedside teaching, clinical/community science sessions (referat/critical review of journals), case report sessions (case reports), meeting the expert, clinical skills (anamnesis, physical examination, medical supporting examination, diagnosis), and perform procedures therapeutically, the program aims to produce reliable and professional doctors with excellence in elderly management.
