Master of Urban and Regional Planning – Real Estate (MPWK-RE) Study Program is B-accredited and can be completed in 3 semesters. Established in 2004, MPWK-RE is the only master’s study in Indonesia that focuses on real estate.
The learning curriculum is designed to produce reliable and professional graduates in the areas of property/real estate development, property investment, property management, and property marketing. MPWK-RE Study Program is in cooperation with various industries, associations, and government institutions.
Learning is supported by complete infrastructures, taught by academician-experts and professionals, utilizes scientific method and case studies, sharing sessions, and field studies. Recognition of Prior Learning Program is also available to ease students in completing their studies. The study is able to be completed through course work + thesis, or research.

Urbanism 1This course equips students with an understanding of: the concepts and terminologies of urban structure and morphology; the dynamics of urban development (with special reference to the city of Jakarta); and factors, actors, and policies involved in the urban development dynamics.

At the end of the course students will be requested to identify urban development processes in a structured and comprehensive way.
Property Market AnalysisThis course equips students with an understanding of: economic approaches in property market analysis; and the process and methodology of property market analysis.

Furthermore, students are also requested to understand and be able to apply various analytical tools used in property market analysis; and be able to conduct market analysis for various property products (residential, offices, hotels, shopping centers) in Indonesia. At the end of the course students are requested to conduct analysis of property investment choices in a global context.
Social Research Methods and ColloquiumThis course integrates understandings from earlier courses, by selecting a topic for their thesis and develop a detailed proposal to support it. To be able to propose a sound research topic and conduct a thorough field research, students will be equipped with an understanding of quantitative (or positivistic) and qualitative (or constructivist) research approaches and methods. This course allows students to propose an individual or collaborative proposal/thesis
