Lina, S.T., M.Kom., Ph.D.

Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology

Dr. Lina completed her studies in the Informatics Engineering Study Program at Universitas Tarumanagara in 2001 and Master of Computer Science at Universitas Indonesia in 2004. The following year, Dr. Lina received a Monbukagakusho scholarship from the Japanese Government as a Research Student and completed her Doctoral studies in Computer Science at Nagoya University in 2009. Apart from pursuing a career in computer science, in 2012, she also received funding from the Ciputra Foundation to participate in the Faculty Development Program on Entrepreneurship at the Kauffman Foundation in Kansas City, United States. Currently, she serves as Deputy Dean at the Faculty of Information Technology (2018-2022). Dr. Lina is a member of The Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE-Japan), The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and The Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). In addition, she is a Huawei Certified ICT Associate in Artificial Intelligence. Her areas of expertise and research interests are Pattern Recognition and Artificial Intelligence.
