Bachelor of Psychology Study applies a learning process based on EPIC values (Entrepreneurship, Professionalism, Integrity, Caring Community). Excellent-accredited, the learning process is focused to produce quality and ethical graduates within 8 semesters.
Aside from being equipped with professional and academic skills, students are also driven to be actively involved in Student Exchange, National and International Conference, Research, Internship, and Community Engagement such as village building KKN and Special Olympics Indonesia (SOIna).
By implementing blended learning system, aside from cross-program learning through Independent Learning Independent Campus (MBKM), students are also actively engaged in community engagements. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) program are also available for students with work experience and achievements in academic or non-academic fields.

Educational Psychology Theory and Applications | In this course, learning activities are carried out to provide opportunities for students to understand concepts in Educational Psychology and apply these concepts in everyday life. The concepts discussed include effective teaching, socio-emotional development, education of children with special needs, approaches to learning, and learning and cognition in certain learning areas. The application of theory allows students to understand local Indonesian culture-based education, for example, the Pancasila Student Profile, Religious Moderation, and Freedom to Learn. | |
Social Psychology Theory and Applications | The aim of the course is for students to have an understanding of social psychology theories/concepts, and the implementations in the practice of individual life in groups and individual life between groups. The theories and concepts discussed include the history of social psychology, gender, prosocial behavior, self, aggression and culture, and ethnic prejudice. The application of these concepts is discussed in the context of Indonesian society. Learning is carried out by applying a student-centered learning approach, including through assignment and case-study methods. | |
Industrial and Organizational Psychology Theory and Applications | This course discusses psychological concepts in industrial and organizational settings, both at the individual, group, and organizational levels. Apart from that, this course also discusses several simple interventions for each psychological problem that occurs at each level. Topics discussed include vision, mission and values in the organization, organizational commitment, workplace wellbeing, burnout, performance, and work engagement. The application of industrial and organizational psychology theory is discussed in the context of local Indonesian society, for example, the concept of AKHLAK which applies to BUMN (State Owned Enterprises), so that students have insight into industry and organizations in Indonesia. | |
Psychology of Arts and Creativity | This course aims to provide students with insight and understanding of the historical development of art and music, to allow them to distinguish the uniqueness of each era. Apart from that, students will learn to find the relationship between art and cognition, and students can apply the Art and Creativity Psychology in everyday life. In this course, students are asked to create works of art such as songs, poetry, dances, paintings, weaving, embroidery, photographs, and other works that enable students to understand typical Indonesian works of art. |
