Students can transfer courses between the Faculties / Departments / Study Programs and transfer levels (D3 to S1 or vice versa) in the Tarumanagara University environment each semester. 

Moving college in the Tarumanagara University environment, called an internal college transfer, can occur because of student desires or university policy. The intended university policy is a policy which is recommended by the Dean or Head of Department / Study Program based on consideration of students' academic abilities. 

 



Procedures and requirements for moving to an external college include:

  • Submit applications to the Rector no later than the end of June for the odd semester and December for the even semester each current academic year.
  • Attach the transcript and Resignation Certificate from the original tertiary institution.
  • No threat of dropping out of a study program at the university of origin.
  • Enclosed in the Ristekdikti Forlap page.
  • Minimum Study Program Accreditation Status is the same as the intended study program.
  • Have a minimum GPA of 2.50 or in accordance with the intended study program policy.
  • Meet other academic requirements set by the intended study program.
  • Willing to fulfill financial administration in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Students from foreign universities must include a recommendation letter from the Director-General of Higher Education, Ministry of National Education and Culture.

  • Have a minimum GPA of 2.00 or in accordance with the intended study program policy.
  • Meet other academic requirements set by the intended study program.
  • Meet financial administration requirements in accordance with applicable regulations.
