Academic leave can be made by students whose previous semester is registered / registered.

Academic Leave Requirements

  • Registered as a student in the previous semester
  • Have attended an education program for at least 1 (one) semester, with the requirement to have minimum credit and GPA savings as determined by the Study Program.
  • Have never taken academic leave for more than 3 (three) semesters
  • No student is threatened with expiration
  • Has received a recommendation from an academic advisor and / or Deputy Dean or related Study Program

 

Submission of Academic Leave

  • Done by completing the Academic Leave application form (FR-UT-BAA-21) available at the Bureau of Adak Campus I and Campus II (specifically for the Postgraduate Program the form can be taken at the Secretariat of the Masters Program and the Doctoral Program respectively) attaching a copy of the KHS of the previous semester
  • The schedule for returning the application form to the Adak Bureau can be seen on the academic calendar

 

Keterlambatan Pengajuan Cuti akademik

  • Pengembalian formulir setelah batas waktu yang telah ditetapkan pada Tabel I tidak akan diproses
  • Untuk semester berjalan mahasiswa dinyatakan berstatus non-aktif
  • Mahasiswa yang sebelumnya telah mengisi KRRS dapat mengajukan permohonan mundur mata kuliah melalui Fakultasnya masing-masing
  • Pembayaran semua komponen Biaya Pendidikan yang telah dilaksanakan untuk semester berjalan tidak dapat ditarik kembali.

 

Dispensasi Cuti Akademik

  • Dispensasi cuti akademik tetap diwajibkan membayar uang Registrasi, Bipekskur dan BPP
  • Diajukan paling lambat 1 (satu) minggu setelah jadwal yang di tentukan
  • Ada alasan yang dapat dipertanggung jawabkan
