People’s need for functional interior design and aesthetics increased in keeping with consistent growth in the property industry that is supported by an increasingly healthy economic growth. The scope of the field of interior design is mostly residential projects, commercial spaces, hospitals, and specialty interior.

The interior design study program is geared to educate students to become prospective interior designers ready to contribute to the community and provide design services for various types of projects. Students are educated in order to be competent in designing the interior space while providing communication instruments and project documentation, project management, while maintaining professional ethics.

The field of work for an Interior Design graduate includes bureau / independent interior design studios, architecture firms as expert interior designers, furniture designers, or interior project contractors.
