Indonesian communities are starting to use internet for information. The Internet users keep growing every year. Internet cost and communication technology make it easier for communities to get information. Some television stations in Indonesia observe their viewers behavior which are starting to find information on internet.The amount of information on internet are significantly increased. The news search system by television viewers and the competition with the information providers led to convergence of television and internet on three television stations in Indonesia. The three stations are not providing information by television channels only but they are also provide the information via internet. Fast and accurate information which was justified can give advantages for communities. These changes give advantages for television station because the changes will give revenue boost for television stations. This research is using qualitative method with phenomenology method. With this technique, researchers collect and analyze data which are obtained from three national television stations that include in top 10 categories according to AC NIELSEN.
