  1. The Bachelor Program

 

  1. General

The curriculum is asets as well as it’s implementation rules which is to understand and mastering the knowledge and an expertise through the learning process. Curriculums are Core Curriculum and Institutional Curriculum. Faculty of Law implementing the core curriculum that has been set apart with the organizers of the Law Forum College in Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, Depok and Bekasi(FPPTH Jabodetabek), formerly called the National Curriculum. Institutional curriculum is the curriculum set by FH Untar, known as the Local Curriculum. Both curriculum are combined and harmonized into a coherent whole, so-called Whole Curriculum FH Untar(attached). Each student must takea minimum of 156 credits to earn a law degree.

The core curriculum has 26 courses with the overall 78 credits. All of these courses must be taken and passed by eachs tudent, so that the failure of this course can cause students to fail their studies.

Institutional curriculum has compulsory university curriculum (4 credits), compulsory Faculty (22 credits), and specialization courses of study (minimum 62 credits). It was developed to meet the legal specialization or competency program desired by the student, so that the elective courses contain material that is tailored to the specialization of law or the law of finesse and skill competencies Untar FH graduates.

 

  1. Course of Prequisites

In FH Untar curriculum are prerequisites that must be met by the student prior to taking courses in the sequel. Prerequisites consists of: (a) the prerequisite courses that must pass before taking courses in the sequel, (b) the minimum number of credits acquisition before taking the next course, (c) the minimum passing grade requirement to take the next course, (d) the terms a combination of (a) and (b) or between (a), (b), and (c) to take further courses. Pre-requisites can be seen in the curriculum or offering of a program schedule each semes-ter are always published and distributed to each student.

Magister

The curriculum concentrates on business law. The curriculum consists of 7 compulsory subjects with the overall weight of 22 credits. All of these courses must be taken and passed by each student.

Institutional curriculum consists of 25 courses with the overall weight of 51 credits. However, the student must choose a minimum of 8 subjects with weight 16 credits. Thus, each student was given the freedom to choose courses according to the specialization of institutional science that wants obtained. In the end, the student must take a core curriculum and national curriculum of at least 38 credits to earn a master’s degree

The curriculum structure includes a core curriculum and institutional curriculum. The core curriculum is the primary curriculum that supports the achievement of the competence of graduates. Special education program core curriculum degree (S1) in accordance with the FH UNTAR is set by agreement ofcollege Organizer Forum Legal Studies in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, and Banten September 15th 2006.

Institutional curriculum is the curriculum set by the legal studies program FH UNTAR, which is characteristic/special characters knowledge of FH UNTAR law, which may vary with the character of legal studies programs at other FH. As for institutional curriculum in undergraduate education program(S-1) FH UNTAR, are institutional curriculum specialization option students studying according to the choice of competence. Specialisation studies in question is 5(five) specialization competencies offered, as pointed out above.

The curriculum is designed so that graduates get on core competencies, supporting competence, and other competencies. The main competence is the primary ability (minimum) graduates related to the field of scientific and legal skills. Supportingcompetenceis the ability tofollow-up(which follows) maincapability(minimum) graduates. Competenceis the ability of different additional capabilities and support but the main benefit tothe quality of graduate’s life.

A.StrukturCurriculum
The curriculum structure includes a core curriculum and institutional curriculum. The core curriculum is the primary curriculumthat supportsthe achievement ofthe competence ofgraduates. The core curriculumS-1 FHUNTARisas determinedbyagreementOrganizersForumfor Higher EducationLaw SciencethroughoutJakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, andBantenonSeptember 15, 2006.

Institutional curriculumisset by thecurriculumof undergraduatesciencecoursesFHUNTARlaw, whichis characteristic/special charactersundergraduatesciencecoursesFHUNTARlaw, which may varywiththe character ofundergraduatestudy programsFacultyof Law atthe other. Institutional curriculumdivided intotwocategories, namelyinstitutionalcurriculumconcentration ofbusinesslawwhich isrequiredfacultythatmust be takenby allstudents, andcurriculumstudiesinstitutionalspecializationoptions. Specialisationstudiesin question isas pointed outabove.

LEARNING METHODS
Competency-based curriculumisoriented curriculumcompetencies requiredof graduates, so that studentsbecomethe centerof learningorientation(student learningcenter), andno longerlectureris the orientation oflearning(learning centerteacher). In order forstudentsandgraduateshave the competence, thelearning methodsusedto lead tothe attainment ofstudentsandgraduates.

Giventhis, themethod oflearning is doneinundergraduatesciencecoursesFHUNTARlawfocusedonmethodsProblem Based Learning(PBL) andCaseStudyLearning(CSL). Both methods areadapted to theteaching materials areprovided tothe studentsand theachievementof expected competenciesobtained bythe student. However, in implementingthe learningprocess, facultyalsoare given the opportunitytouse thelecture method(explained teaching materialsandinstructiontechniquesPBLorCSL).

To implementthemethod, eachlecturercreateproblemsorreal casescenarioright, whichwillbe usedduringthe learningprocess. problemsorcasesreviewed in advanceandthenset bythe Facultyas a problemora casethat isusedin the process oflearningcertain subjects.

EVALUATION
Evaluation is an essential part of learning to measure and determine the level of achievement of competencies by students or graduates. These measurements were performed with a written or oral examination and structured tacreditscreditscredits. Written or oral examination conducted on Middle Semester Exam (UTS) and Final Exam (UAS), and thesis examination (comprehensive exam). Evaluation through structured tacreditscreditscredits performed lecturers through task subjects that must be done by the student.

 

ASSESSMENT
The evaluation resultsare givenin the form of 0 to 100, which in the end is poured in the form of letter A, B,C, D, orE.Valuesemesterincludesstructuredtaskvaluecomponent, the value ofUTS, andthe value ofUAS. Forcourses thatare theoretical, weightcomponentsintendedvalueisthe value ofstructured tacreditscreditscreditsby 20%, the UTSof 30%, andthe value ofUASby 50%. Forsubjectsthat arepractical, structuredtaskvaluecomponentweightby 50%, the UTSby 20%, andthe value ofUASby 30%. Valuethesis examination(comprehensive) consists of a maximumvalueof 50% qualitypaper, thesispresentationmaximumvalue of10%, the maximumvalue of35% mastery of the materialandthe value ofthe attitude-behavior of a maximum of 5%.

Range weight indicates the quality of the weights of different qualities of the same letters, except for the letter A. This value was determined by the number of values obtained by the student, so that although some students obtain the same letter grade, for example B, but if the value of the number of different the weights of different quality. The curriculum concentrates on business law. The curriculum has 7compulsory subjects with 22 credits. All of these courses must be taken and passed by each student.

Institutional curriculum 25 courses 51 credits. However, the student must choose a minimum of 8 subjects with 16 credits. Thus, each student was given the freedom to choose courses according to the specialization of institutional science that wants obtained. In the end, the student must take a core curriculum and national curriculum of at least 38 credits to earn a master’s degree
