Association of Management Students of Tarumanagara (Immanta) held Tarumangara Business Plan Competition (TBPC) IV themed “Amazing Goals with Extraordinary Plans”. The competition was officially opened on Thursday (16/3) at the Seminary Room, Third Floor of Campus II, by the Director of Students and Alumni Affair of Untar, Dr. Adianto. The attending students are the best 10 participants in the qualifying round. The best 10 universities are Untar, Universitas Prasetya Mulya, Universitas Telkom, PPM School, and Perbanas.
TBPC is a business plan competition. This event is annually held, aiming to develop students’ skills in business planning with the intention of creating creative and innovative products, forming Indonesian young entrepreneurs capable of making job opportunities. The competition consists of some selection phases, including selection round, presentation round, business implementation round and final conclusion round.
The Director of Students and Alumni Affair, Dr. Adianto, is extremely proud of the result achieved by the students through this event. He said that Immanta has successfully administered the event, in terms of the number of competitors, tenants involved, and sponsorship partners. “This could be a role model for other student activities to not depend solely on the internal support and even have some amount of profit,” He continued. The Dean of Economic Faculty, Dr. Sawidji Widoatmodjo, MM, MBA, and the Head of Management Study Program, Dr. Ignatius Roni Setiawan, also attended the event. (PA)
